Absolutely loved the tranquil vibe of Vida Nova Retreat. The location is fantastic, surrounded by stunning views. My room had a hot tub, which was blissful, and the food options were halal friendly. The staff truly made the experience special. they were super accommodating and went above and beyond, especially Cassie, who even remembered my name. However, I had some issues with the hot tub in my room. It didn't warm up despite staff assurances, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to using it. Overall, the beautiful ambiance and helpful service made my stay enjoyable, but the hot tub situation was a letdown.

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to breathtaking mountain views and proximity to great restaurants. I especially loved the cozy attic room with its own hot tub, which provided an ideal spot to unwind after days filled with karaoke and casino fun.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which can be frustrating when you want to look up karaoke tracks.

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation
We enjoyed a 60 min couple's massage that was set up last minute, which was just very nice. The staff treated us like family, even organized our dinner with a fantastic wine list, and our room had these amazing views of the mountains!
It definitely wasn't the cheapest stay, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.
